Orders are still accepted, but only for the times when you are open. So someone could be placing an order at 3am (or any time you are closed) but they have the time selected for when you are open. They cannot place an order for a time when you are not actually open. The system limits them from doing this. So orders can be taken even when you are closed, but they schedule it for a time when you are open.
